The single-manual bowling instrument and the pneumatic tract were built by the Prague firm of the Paštík brothers and played for the first time on Palm Sunday. 8. 4. 1906 .
The instrument is built into a Neo-Renaissance organ case, with brown paint and gilded carvings. The prospectus pipes are original – pewter. Soon after it was built, the instrument failed and had to be repaired several times. Already in 1908 it was repaired by the Paštik brothers and in 1914 and 1929 Václav Poláček from Rychnov nad Kněžnou worked here.
The manual part originally had a cone airlock, controlled by a barker lever. After 1980, however, the instrument was very unreliable and partial repairs were ineffective due to heavy worm infestation. Therefore, in 1994, the option of converting the manual playing tractor to a mechanical system was chosen. The work was carried out by organ builder Ivan Červenka from Jakubovice for 150 000 CZK. The pedal machine remained in the original pneumatic release system, as it was still functional at that time. The register tract also remained in its original condition.
In 2022 the pedal airbox was repaired and the whole instrument was cleaned, preserved, adjusted and tuned. The sonically core romantic instrument is listed as a movable monument and is often used for concert purposes, especially during the Rybno Music Summer Festival.
